aKey Responsibilitie
- sPrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS reports for management
- .Lead the preparation and finalization of quarterly, half-yearly, and annual audited financial statements
- .Ensure timely compliance with statutory payments and filing of returns
- .Implement and ensure compliance with
Ind AS/IFR
S and applicable accounting standards




- .Coordinate with internal, statutory, tax, and GST auditors
- .Drive Internal Financial Controls (IFC) implementation, monitoring, and periodic reviews
- .Prepare management reports and financial analysis to support business decisions
- .Manage treasury operations, including cash flow and banking activities
- .Ensure compliance with Income Tax, TDS, GST, PF, ESIC, PT, and other statutory regulations
- .Support process improvements and strengthen financial controls

.Candidate Profil
- eQualified Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandator
