- Conduct internal audits of construction sites, corporate offices, and project locations.
- Review financial transactions, accounting records, and project expenditures.
- Audit procurement processes, vendor selection, purchase orders, and contract compliance.
- Verify inventory of construction materials, machinery, and fixed assets.
- Review project budgets, cost control, billing, subcontractor payments, and cost overruns.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, statutory regulations, GST, labor laws, and contractual obligations.
- Identify financial and operational risks and recommend corrective actions.
- Perform surprise audits and physical verification of materials, cash, and assets.
- Prepare audit reports highlighting observations, risks, and recommendations.
- Track closure of audit findings and monitor implementation of corrective actions.
- Coordinate with project managers, finance, procurement, stores, and senior management.




- Assist in developing and improving internal controls and audit processes.

Required Skills
- Robust knowledge of internal auditing principles and risk assessment.
- Experience in auditing construction projects, procurement, inventory, and project costing.
- Understanding of accounting standards, taxation, GST, and statutory compliance.
- Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and report-writing skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office. .

Preferred Experience
- 26 years of experience in Internal Audit.
- Prior experience in Construction, EPC, Infrastructure, or Real Estate companies.
- Experience in project audits, site audits, procurement audits, and financial audits.
