There is an opening for the role of Electrical Engineering Technical Lead Engineer. This position is based out of Bangalore, directly reporting to the leader of WETS (Wet Equipment Technology Solutions) Electrical Engineering team of LIGHT. This individual shall collaborate with engineers in India, Europe and United States and on recent product development of WETS product lines.

Primary Responsibilities
- Develop Functional Requirement Specifications for various Electro-Mechanical systems.
- Selection of Electrical & Electronics OEM components and materials for Power distribution, I/O Controllers, Sensors, Cables, PCBs etc.
- Create and Release system level Electrical engineering drawings & bill of materials using Engineering Change Management process.
- Work on Electrical/Electronic engineering CAD tools for circuit design & simulations.
- Perform various circuit analyses like De-rating & Stress analysis, Power analysis & Logic compatibility analysis etc.
- Define project schedule,



work breakdown structure and milestones to drive concept to production lifecycle.
- Study and recommend corrective/ permanent solutions for technical challenges/new products.
- Define test procedures, and participate in assembly, build and test verification
- Well versed with Part life cycle management, Obsolescence management activities.
- Conduct and drive Design reviews to get buy-in from all cross functional teams.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers.

Mandatory Skills
- Proficient in system level understanding of Electro-Mechanical Sub-systems (Semi-conductor/Automotive/Aerospace), Power Distribution/Control systems and/or Industrial Automation.
- Proficient in Electrical/Electronic Circuit concept design & development with safety interlocks & various circuit analyses. (Circuit analyses include De-rating & Stress analysis, Power analysis & Logic compatibility analysis etc.)
- Proficient in selecting Electrical/Electronic OEM com
