Position: Senior Pharmacist
Department: Pharmacy
Location: HCG Cancer Centre, Jaipur
Reports To: Pharmacy Incharge

Job Summary

The Senior Pharmacist is responsible for ensuring the safe and accurate dispensing of medications, supervising pharmacy operations, maintaining inventory, and ensuring compliance with hospital policies, NABH standards, and statutory regulations.

Key Responsibilities
- Dispense and verify medications as per prescriptions and hospital protocols.
- Supervise day-to-day pharmacy operations and support junior staff.
- Monitor inventory, expiry, and storage of medicines.
- Ensure compliance with NABH, Pharmacy Act, and hospital SOPs.
- Maintain statutory records and documentation.
- Coordinate with clinicians and nursing staff for medication-related queries.




- Participate in quality initiatives, audits, and medication safety programs.

Qualification & Experience
- B.Pharm/Pharm.D with valid State Pharmacy Council registration.
- 5–8 years of hospital pharmacy experience; oncology experience preferred.

Skills
- Strong knowledge of hospital pharmacy practices and medication safety.
- Positive communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in HIS/SAP or pharmacy management software.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
