Role Description
The Sales Manager (Co-working) is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This role is responsible for driving occupancy and revenue by managing the end-to-end sales cycle, including lead generation, site visit, prospect qualification, space tours, and deal closure. The Sales Manager will build and maintain relationships with start-ups, small businesses, and corporate clients,



understand their space requirements, and propose tailored solutions. Daily responsibilities include managing inquiries, maintaining CRM records, coordinating with operations and community teams, tracking sales performance, and preparing regular reports. The role also involves supporting local marketing initiatives, representing Bootstart at events, and contributing to a positive member experience that encourages renewals and referrals.

Qualifications
- Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and negotiation.
- Experience in customer relationship management and account handling, preferably in co-working, real estate, or hospitality.
