Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Sales & Operations Executive to join our team at our BTM Layout office. This is primarily an office-based (backend) role focused on lead calling, sales follow-ups, property sourcing, pricing/costing analysis, and property listing & marketing. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the Bangalore real estate market, excellent communication skills, and a disciplined approach to follow-ups and lead conversion. Occasional field visits may be required.

Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients (buyers, sellers, and property owners) and follow up on leads consistently until closure




- Handle inbound enquiries and convert them into site visits and sales
- Find and source recent properties for sale/purchase through owner outreach, property portals, and local networks
- Prepare costing and pricing analysis of properties, including comparative market rates across Bangalore
- Post and manage property listings on portals (MagicBricks, 99acres, Housing.com, NoBroker, etc.) and social media
- Support marketing activities including WhatsApp, email, and online campaigns
- Maintain detailed records of leads, client interactions, and follow-ups in CRM/Excel
- Coordinate with the field executive for scheduling site visits and property inspections
- Assist with property management coordination between owners and tenants
- Support the team with documentation and administrative tasks as required

Qualifications
- Age: 30 years and above
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in real estate sales, tele-calling, lead management, and follow-
