Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with international customers.
- Communicate clearly and professionally in English.
- Generate and qualify leads through effective conversations.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
- Follow up with potential customers and schedule appointments when required.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
- Resolve customer queries while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to company policies, quality standards, and compliance guidelines.

Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to build rapport with customers.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
- Positive listening, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in night shifts.
