About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented
Sales & Procurement Executive
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, sourcing products from suppliers, negotiating commercial terms, and ensuring timely procurement and delivery.

This role is ideal for candidates who have experience in
industrial products, engineering procurement, manufacturing, automation, MRO, or supply chain
.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales
- Generate recent business opportunities through calls, emails, referrals, and customer visits.
- Prepare and submit quotations to customers.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms.
- Follow up on quotations and convert them into purchase orders.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Coordinate with customers regarding order status and deliveries.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts.





Procurement
- Source products from OEMs, manufacturers, distributors, and authorized suppliers.
- Obtain and compare supplier quotations.
- Negotiate purchase prices, payment terms, and lead times.
- Issue Purchase Orders (POs) and monitor order execution.
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics to ensure timely deliveries.
- Develop and maintain supplier relationships.
- Identify alternate suppliers to improve cost and reduce procurement risks.
- Monitor inventory and recommend replenishment.

Documentation & MIS
- Prepare RFQs, quotations, purchase orders, and procurement documentation.
- Maintain supplier and customer records.
- Update ERP/CRM systems.
- Prepare sales and procurement MIS reports.
- Coordinate invoices, delivery challans, and payment follow-ups.
