Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to lead and manage the implementation of a Compliance application. This role is focused on planning, coordination, and execution without direct involvement in software development. The Project Manager will act as the central point of contact, ensuring seamless collaboration between business teams, compliance teams, vendors, and other stakeholders to deliver the project successfully within scope, time, and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning & Governance
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in alignment with business goals.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
- Establish governance frameworks, reporting structures, and escalation mechanisms.

2. Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the primary liaison for all project-related communication.
- Coordinate effectively between business teams, compliance teams, and external vendors.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment on priorities and deliverables.





3. Execution & Monitoring
- Track project progress against milestones and timelines.
- Identify risks, issues, and dependencies; implement mitigation strategies proactively.
- Conduct regular status meetings and prepare comprehensive progress reports for leadership.

4. Compliance & Quality Assurance
- Ensure all project activities adhere to regulatory and organizational compliance standards.
- Validate deliverables against business requirements and compliance objectives.
- Facilitate audits and documentation for compliance verification.

5. Vendor & Resource Coordination
- Manage third-party vendors and service providers involved in the project.
- Oversee procurement processes, contractual obligations, and vendor performance.
- Ensure timely delivery of vendor commitments and integration with internal processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: 10+ years. Minimum 7+
