Job Summary

We are looking for a Purchase Engineer / Senior Purchase Executive to manage end-to-end procurement activities for our Medical Device Manufacturing Division. The ideal candidate should have experience in vendor development, procurement planning, supplier management, import purchases, ERP systems, and regulatory documentation while ensuring compliance with ISO 13485 and GMP requirements.

Key Responsibilities




- Execute the complete procurement cycle from Purchase Requisition (PR) to Purchase Order (PO).
- Source, evaluate, and develop new suppliers.
- Conduct supplier qualification, evaluation, and periodic re-evaluation as per ISO 13485 requirements.
- Maintain procurement-related Quality Management System (QMS) documentation.
- Prepare supplier comparison statements and cost analysis reports.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with vendors.
- Handle domestic and import procurement activities.
- Coordinate customs clearance and review import documentation.
- Work closely with Production, Planning, QA, Stores, and Finance departments.
- Ensure timely availability of raw materials and purchased components.
- Maintain the Approved Supplier List (ASL).
- Support internal, customer, and regulatory audits.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 13485, GMP, and company procurement procedures.
