Job Summary

Zytel Tech Private Limited is seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and results-driven E-Commerce, Graphic Design & Promotions Executive to manage and grow our online business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for marketplace operations, product listings, creative design, digital promotions, and online sales growth across platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and the company website.

The role requires a combination of e-commerce management, graphic designing, and digital marketing skills to enhance product visibility, improve customer engagement, and increase online sales.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage product listings, pricing, inventory, and content on Amazon, Flipkart, and the company website.




- Create and update attractive product images, infographics, banners, catalogs, brochures, and promotional materials.
- Design social media creatives, website banners, email marketing graphics, and advertising creatives.
- Ensure product descriptions, images, specifications, and pricing are accurate and optimized for better visibility.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, festive offers, discounts, and marketplace advertising activities.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team for timely order processing and dispatch.
- Monitor inventory levels and update stock availability across all online platforms.
- Handle customer inquiries, returns, and order-related issues professionally.
- Track marketplace performance, sales trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities.
