Role Description
The QC Head – Pharma Formulations (OSD + Injectable Plant) is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Bahadurgarh. The role involves overseeing all quality control activities for oral solid dosage and injectable formulations,



ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and company standards. The QC Head leads and mentors the QC team, manages laboratory operations, reviews and approves analytical methods, and evaluates test results for raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products. Daily responsibilities include implementing and monitoring quality systems, coordinating with Quality Assurance, Production, and R&D;, and driving continuous improvement in laboratory practices and quality management. The role also requires preparing and reviewing documentation, supporting audits and inspections, and ensuring timely, accurate reporting to senior management.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess robust Quality Control expertise, including experience in QC leadership for OSD and injectable formulations.
