Job Description:
- Handle debt syndication for both new and expansion projects.




- Manage debt syndication for long-term and short-term funding requirements of corporate clients.
- Prepare teasers, information memoranda, financial models, and CMA data.
- Ensure timely submission of information and provide clarifications to Banks/Financial Institutions/NBFCs during appraisal at branch, zonal, or head office levels.
- Coordinate and liaise with law firms, valuers, lender’s engineers, company secretaries, and TEV agencies for proposals, loan documentation, and pre-disbursement formalities.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
