Modular Furniture Designer (Training-to-Hire Program)

Roles & Responsibilites
- Design and develop modular furniture solutions based on project requirements.
- Prepare detailed production and technical drawings using AutoCAD.
- Work closely with the design, production, and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Assist in material selection, hardware specification, and detailing.
- Receive hands-on training in industry-leading design and manufacturing software including
AutoCAD,
while working on live luxury furniture projects.
- Ensure designs are practical, accurate, and manufacturable.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve design and production-related queries.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in modular furniture, materials, and manufacturing techniques.

Who We're Looking For




- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Furniture Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 0–3 years
of experience in modular furniture or interior design. Fresh graduates with strong technical skills are encouraged to apply.
- Positive working knowledge of
AutoCAD
is mandatory.
- Candidates with experience in SketchUp, Palette CAD, IMOS, or similar software will have an added advantage—but
prior knowledge is not mandatory
.
- Strong technical aptitude, willingness to learn, and attention to detail.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
