Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Digital Marketing Associate role based in Delhi, India. The Digital Marketing Associate will manage and execute online marketing campaigns to promote Om Associates’ industrial real estate services, focusing on lead generation and brand visibility.



Daily responsibilities include planning and publishing content across social media platforms, monitoring campaign performance, and optimizing activities using web and social analytics. The role involves coordinating with the consulting team to translate service offerings into explicit digital messaging, maintaining consistent branding, and supporting digital initiatives such as email campaigns and paid ads. The associate will also track competitor activity, propose new digital marketing ideas, and prepare regular performance reports.
