Role Overview
The Program Leader is EDBs single, senior point of strategic post-sales ownership for our most complex and high-value enterprise accounts. This role orchestrates multi-vendor landscapes, drives senior executive (C-level) alignment, and ensures successful execution of critical technology transformations. This is an orchestration and relationship management mandate with executive altitude, focused on securing customer confidence, long-term retention, and commercial expansion.
What this role owns
- Strategic relationship ownership the named owner across both the partner and the end customer; carries the engagement narrative and is the contact senior stakeholders recognise and trust.
- Executive escalation loop manages executive-level escalations,
runs the executive communication lane during significant incidents to maintain alignment.
- Governance Cadence: Own executive cadence, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs),and alignment across internal field functions (Support, Qualified Services, Product).
- Value Validation: Proactively position EDB s value within customer roadmaps to turn technical stability into measurable business outcomes.

- The customer engages at senior level through one consistent, trusted relationship with the Program Leader.
- Engagements are aligned with processes with the right assurance delivered through influence of the Program Leader s strategic relationships built.
- Confidence increases across partner and end-customer (engagement quality, process adoption, C-level sentiment).
