Educational Qualification: Master’s Degree in Social Work, Rural Management, Development Studies, Management, Human Resources, Entrepreneurship, or related field
Compensation: INR 40,000 – 45,000

Project Sashakt is a flagship community empowerment and livelihood initiative of Elixir Foundation,



supported by Home First Finance Company India Limited under its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program.

The project works with families from low-income and underserved communities, equipping them with employable skills, livelihood opportunities, and pathways toward financial independence.

Project Sashakt currently operates through three integrated verticals:

*Diva Salon plus Academy*

A practical learning and earning centre where beneficiaries receive professional beauty therapy training and gain hands-on work experience while generating income.

*Diva Studio plus Academy*

A production and livelihood centre where beneficiaries are trained in tailoring and sewing while undertaking job-work assignments from factories, industries, and businesses to earn sustainable livelihoods.
