Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
- Understand travel requirements and suggest suitable packages
- Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings
- Provide post-booking support and resolve customer concerns
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations
- Maintain excellent customer service and booking accuracy
Candidate Profile
- Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi
- Robust sales and customer handling ability
- Positive, target-oriented, and professional attitude
Shift Details
- Comfortable with rotational and early morning shifts
- Shift timings may start from 4:00 AM onwards
- 9-hour shift including lunch break
- Weekly off may not be on Sundays
