We are looking for an experienced Procurement Manager to lead procurement, strategic sourcing, demand planning, vendor management, logistics, and inventory operations while ensuring cost optimization and uninterrupted supply.
Qualifications & Experience
Graduate/MBA in Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations, or a related field.
6–12 years of Procurement/Purchase experience in the FMCG industry (mandatory).
Robust negotiation, vendor management, and commercial skills.
Knowledge of logistics, inventory management, and Incoterms.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Working Hours
Monday–Friday: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Saturday: 9:30 AM – 2:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end procurement of raw materials and packaging.
Develop sourcing strategies and negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms.
Plan demand and ensure timely material availability.
Build and manage supplier relationships and evaluate vendor performance.
Coordinate domestic and international logistics, including import/export activities.
Monitor inventory, stock levels, and replenishment.
Support New Product Development (NPD) through timely sourcing.
Prepare procurement MIS, vendor performance, and inventory reports.
Lead and develop the procurement team while collaborating with cross-functional departments.
