We're looking for an experienced Finance professional to lead our Accounts function and drive financial strategy.

What You'll Do:
- Lead and mentor the Accounts Manager and Accounts team
- Own MIS reporting and present actionable financial insights to leadership
- Drive financial budgeting and planning across the organization
- Identify and implement cost optimisation initiatives
- Oversee day-to-day accounts operations and ensure compliance
- Support strategic financial decision-making with data-driven analysis
What We're Looking For:
- MBA (Regular/Full-time) in Finance or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Finance
- Strong proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, dashboards)
- Proven experience in MIS Reporting and Financial Budgeting
- Demonstrated success in Cost Optimisation initiatives
- Prior experience leading a finance/accounts team is a must
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
