- Be able to independently handle technical assignments, especially around design and architecture for payment APIs (with a focus on UPI).
- Have a solid understanding of various infrastructure setups (on prem, cloud based hosting, hybrid models, etc.).
- Possess strong knowledge of application and infrastructure security postures.
- Demonstrate the ability to read and understand API Specs, as well as have a transparent grasp of development and testing lifecycles, including commonly used tools.
- Be capable of writing comprehensive Technical Specification Documents (including API specifications) and creating standardized templates.
- Communicate effectively, handle client interactions with confidence, and articulate solution design aspects clearly.
- Can play as an effective Technical Project Manager and demonstrate efficient Project Tracking and stakeholder communications(Internal external).
