AI Automation Engineer

The Role

We're looking for someone who lives at the intersection of AI and automation — a person who can take our fund operations and make them dramatically more efficient using AI-powered workflows. You'll own everything from deal flow automation to portfolio monitoring to LP reporting, building internal tools that make a small team punch well above its weight.

What You'll Do
- Build and maintain AI-powered workflows for deal sourcing, pipeline tracking, and CRM automation
- Create automated portfolio monitoring dashboards and reporting systems
- Automate LP communications and investor reporting processes
- Design AI-assisted research workflows — market maps, company analysis, sector scanning
- Streamline internal operations (email, scheduling, docs, knowledge base) with intelligent automation
- Integrate LLMs and AI APIs into business processes to save time and improve output quality





What We're Looking For
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience building AI-powered automations
- Proficiency with workflow tools: n8n, Make, Zapier, Clay, or similar
- Experience using LLMs/AI APIs (OpenAI, Claude, etc.) in production workflows — prompt engineering, structured outputs, integrations
- Data analytics capability — ability to pull, clean, and automate reporting on data
- Self-directed and resourceful — you'll be the sole automation hire, owning this end-to-end
- Bonus: Familiarity with VC/finance/startup operations context

What This Isn't
This is not a software engineering or ML research role. We don't need someone building models — we need someone who uses AI tools to automate and improve real business operations.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
