Role Description
The General Manager Production role is a full time, on-site position based in Brahmapur. This role oversees end-to-end production operations, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to meet output, cost, and delivery targets. The General Manager Production monitors manufacturing performance, drives process improvements, and ensures adherence to safety, quality,



and regulatory standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading and developing production teams, coordinating with cross-functional departments, resolving operational issues, and maintaining optimum utilization of equipment and materials.
