10:00 AM to 7:00 PM | 6 Days a Week

Minimum 1 Year- In Travel Industry (1 to 3 Years Preferred)

What You'll Be Doing:

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel packages.

• Plan personalized travel itineraries based on customer needs.

• Handle customer enquiries and follow up to convert bookings.

• Deliver a smooth and hassle-free customer experience.

• Resolve customer queries and coordinate with the operations team.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain customer relationships.





• Keep customer records updated and ensure timely communication.

• Provide prompt support before, during, and after the trip to ensure a seamless travel experience.

• Stay updated with travel destinations, policies, and industry trends.

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Travel Consultant or in the travel industry.

• Robust communication and customer handling skills.

• Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable travel solutions.

• Target-oriented with a customer-first approach.
