Job Overview
We are looking for a Retail Sales Executive to manage showroom sales and assist customers visiting our showroom. The candidate will be responsible for attending walk-in clients, understanding their requirements, showcasing products, and helping them choose the right marble or stone products.
The ideal candidate should have good communication skills,
a customer-first approach, and strong learning ability.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend and assist walk-in customers visiting the showroom.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable marble, granite, or other stone products.
- Show product samples and slabs and explain their features and applications.
- Handle existing customers and maintain solid relationships with them.
- Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, product availability, and order processing.
- Follow up with customers for inquiries and sales closure.
- Maintain proper showroom display and product presentation.
- Provide professional guidance to customers to help them make the right purchase decision.
