About the Role Lead business and finance transformation initiatives, driving organizational redesign, operating model transformation, and implementation of strategic changes. The role requires translating transformation strategies into executable plans, ensuring smooth adoption across functions, and supporting change management and adoption of new ways of working. Success is measured by the effective implementation of transformation programs, driving operational excellence, and realizing business benefits.

Key Responsibilities




- Drive end-to-end business transformation programs aligned with Target Operating Model (TOM) objectives.
- Lead organization redesign initiatives including spans & layers optimization.
- Translate strategic recommendations into implementation roadmaps and measurable business outcomes.
- Drive operational excellence, productivity improvement, and process transformation initiatives.
- Establish governance frameworks, reporting mechanisms, and transformation tracking dashboards.
- Manage cross-functional stakeholder engagement across business, operations, HR, and leadership teams.
- Identify transformation risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks while ensuring timely resolution.
- Support change management, communication, and adoption of current ways of working.
