The role

We are seeking a Data Engineer to join our growing technology team. This role focuses on analysing data, developing and evaluating machine learning models, and supporting AI-driven solutions—particularly in document-centric and operational analytics use cases.

You will work closely with AI engineers, MLOps engineers, and stakeholders to turn data into insights and production-ready capabilities.

What you’ll do
- Analyse structured and unstructured datasets to identify trends, patterns,



and actionable insights.
- Assist in developing, testing, and evaluating machine learning models to solve business and operational problems.
- Support data preparation tasks, including cleaning, transformation, and feature engineering.
- Contribute to predictive and descriptive analytics to inform decision-making.
- Collaborate with engineers and business stakeholders to translate requirements into data-driven solutions.
- Help prepare reports, metrics, and visualisations to clearly communicate findings.
- Continuously learn and apply new data science techniques, tools, and best practices.

What we are looking for
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Solid fundamentals in Python (or R) for data analysis and modelling.
