- Welcome and guide patients throughout their OPD visit.
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and other departments to ensure smooth patient flow.
- Assist patients with registration, appointment scheduling, and OPD-related queries.
- Ensure patients are informed about consultation procedures, investigations, and follow-up appointments.
- Coordinate with diagnostic and billing teams for timely completion of patient services.
- Support consultants by ensuring OPD schedules are managed efficiently.
- Address patient concerns and escalate service issues when required.
- Maintain accurate patient records and update hospital systems as per defined processes.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, patient confidentiality, and quality standards.
- Deliver a high level of patient satisfaction through courteous and skilled interactions.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
