About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Marketing & Organic Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating high-quality B2B leads through organic marketing strategies, social media, content marketing, SEO, and digital outreach.

This role is not limited to running social media pagesit requires someone who understands how to identify decision-makers, build targeted campaigns, create engaging content, optimize digital presence, and consistently generate qualified leads for our sales team.

The candidate should have robust expertise in digital marketing, organic lead generation, social media growth, Google platforms, and modern AI-powered marketing tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Organic Lead Generation:




- Generate qualified B2B leads using organic marketing strategies.
- Identify and target decision-makers including CEOs, CTOs, HR Directors, Talent Acquisition Managers, Founders, Franchise Investors, and Business Owners.
- Build lead generation campaigns through LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), YouTube, Reddit, Quora, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop strategies to consistently increase inbound enquiries.
- Research target companies and create prospect databases.
- Generate leads without relying solely on paid advertising.

Digital Marketing:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies.
- Plan and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Improve website traffic, engagement, and conversions.
- Optimize landing pages for lead generation.
- Create marketing funnels for different services.
- Analyze campaign performance and continuously improve ROI.
