US B2B Appointment Setter — Work From Home

Vaelash AI is hiring a part-time appointment setter for US business outreach.

Vaelash AI helps Fire & Life Safety contractors recover missed front-office opportunities such as missed calls, voicemails, after-hours service requests, inspection booking follow-ups, proposal follow-ups, deficiency follow-ups, and renewal follow-ups.

Selected candidate’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Calling US-based Fire Protection, Fire Sprinkler, Fire Alarm, Fire Extinguisher, and Fire ITM companies
- Speaking with owners, office managers, or decision-makers
- Using the provided call script
- Briefly explaining Vaelash AI’s follow-up recovery service
- Booking qualified 15-minute Pilot Fit Review meetings
- Updating every call outcome in Google Sheets
- Sharing daily call updates and notes

Requirements:
- Positive spoken English
- Clear voice and professional tone
- Comfortable calling US businesses
- Stable internet and quiet background
- Basic Google Sheets knowledge




- Ability to work during evening/night India time
- Prior BPO, US calling, sales, appointment setting, real estate, solar, insurance, or outbound calling experience is preferred

Work timing:
Part-time, work from home, approx. 7:30 PM to 12:30 AM IST depending on call schedule.

Pay:
3-day paid test first. After selection, 14-day trial stipend of ₹6,000–₹10,000. Monthly part-time base after trial: ₹12,000–₹20,000 plus incentives. Bonus is available for qualified held meetings and paid clients.

This is not a spam-calling role. We are looking for someone professional who can represent a premium B2B service properly.
