What You'll Do:
- Product Backlog Management Create, refine, and prioritize backlog items (user stories, features, epics)
- Ensure backlog is always organized, relevant, and aligned to business goals Own prioritization and sequencing of work items
- Stakeholder Customer Collaboration Work closely with business stakeholders and customers to gather requirements Translate requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
- Ensure business needs are reflected in product delivery
- Agile Delivery Execution Participate in Scrum ceremonies: sprint planning, reviews, demos Facilitate sprint reviews and ensure stakeholder participation
- Work with Scrum Master and development team to deliver value incrementally
