Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site General Manager / Chief Engineer – Construction role based in the Pune Division. The role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end project management for multiple construction sites,



including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and budget control. The General Manager / Chief Engineer will lead engineering and site teams, ensure adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations, and resolve technical and operational issues promptly. Daily activities include coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers, reviewing project progress reports, and implementing corrective actions to keep projects on track. The role also involves optimizing construction methods, managing risk, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting continuous improvement in processes and technology adoption.

Qualifications
- Robust construction project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
- Technical expertise in civil/structural engineering, site execution, quality control, and safety standards.
