Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role.
TIBCO experience is mandatory/preferred. Candidates with a robust TIBCO technical background who are interested in transitioning into a Business Analyst role are encouraged to apply.
Strong experience in gathering and documenting business requirements.
Ability to work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Experience in preparing BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flows is preferred.
