We are looking for a skilled
Electrical BIM Modeler
with
3+ years of experience
in Electrical BIM modeling. The ideal candidate must have solid expertise in
Autodesk Revit MEP
, experience working on
LOD 400 and LOD 500
projects, and
must have hands-on experience in Revit Family Creation
. Experience working on international or Gulf projects is an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Electrical BIM models using Autodesk Revit MEP.
- Create electrical layouts including power, lighting, cable trays, conduits, grounding, and low-voltage systems.
- Prepare shop drawings, installation drawings, and as-built models.
- Coordinate with Mechanical, Plumbing, Structural, and Architectural teams.
- Perform clash detection and model coordination using Navisworks.
- Create, modify, and manage Revit families as per project requirements.
- Ensure BIM models comply with project standards and client requirements.
- Participate in BIM coordination meetings and resolve model clashes.
Requirements
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience
as an Electrical BIM Modeler.
- Must have experience working on LOD 400 and LOD 500 projects.
- Must have strong knowledge of Revit Family Creation and Family Management.
- Proficient in
Autodesk Revit MEP
.
- Experience with
Navisworks
for clash detection and coordination.
- Good understanding of electrical systems, drawings, and BIM standards.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience in
Gulf or other international projects
is an added advantage.
