About the role

We're hiring someone to own complex, cross-functional programs end-to-end, not just track them. This person will align product, engineering, and business teams around shared goals, drive execution using Agile/Hybrid frameworks, and act as the single point of accountability for delivery. They'll spot blockers early,



resolve them fast, and keep budgets, resources, and KPIs on track. We're not looking for a status-update person as this isn't a status-update role; it's an ownership role.

You'll work closely with leadership, product, engineering, and business teams to plan, execute, and deliver high-impact programs on time and within scope. You'll also keep an eye on the bigger picture, budgets, resources, and delivery of KPIs; so leadership always has a transparent, honest read on progress.

This isn't a role for someone who wants a quiet lane and a predictable calendar. It's for someone who gets energized by complexity, who'd rather solve a messy problem than avoid one, and who measures success by outcomes delivered — not meetings attended.
