Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Structural Engineer position based in Indore, with a salary up to 25K, designed for individuals with an M.Tech in Structural Engineering. The Structural Engineer will perform structural analysis and calculations for telecom towers and related infrastructure, ensuring safety, stability, and compliance with relevant codes and standards. Daily responsibilities include preparing and reviewing structural designs and drawings, using CAD tools, coordinating with civil and electrical teams, and supporting site execution by resolving structural design queries. The role also involves inspecting structures, preparing technical reports, and collaborating with project managers to meet timelines and quality benchmarks.
Qualifications
- Robust foundation in Structural Engineering and Civil Engineering, with an M.Tech in Structural Engineering or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Structural Analysis and structural design calculations for steel and concrete structures.
- Hands-on experience with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software for preparing and reviewing technical drawings.
- Ability to interpret engineering codes, standards, and specifications related to telecom towers and infrastructure.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills for accurate assessment of loads and structural performance.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills for coordination with site, design, and project management teams.
- Willingness to work on-site in Indore and visit project locations as required.
- Prior experience in telecom infrastructure or related structural projects is an advantage.
