About the Role

This is a high-ownership, full P&L; role. You will own Varaha Heritage's revenue across our D2C website and all active marketplaces - Amazon India, Amazon Global Selling (US/UAE/UK), Etsy, and GeM (Government e-Marketplace). You will supervise our onboarded performance marketing & social media agency and be accountable for real,



verified outcomes not just reported numbers.

D2C Website (varahaheritage.com) — full P&L;, conversion rate, merchandising, SEO & retention flows

Amazon India & Global Selling — Seller Central, A+ content, FBA, ads, account health & settlements

•
Etsy — listings, Etsy SEO, Star Seller metrics, international shipping & policy compliance

•
GeM (Government e-Marketplace) — bid pipeline, order execution, compliance & payment tracking

•
Agency Oversight — brief, supervise & audit the performance marketing agency; verify all data against platform sources

•
Catalogue & Inventory Sync — master SKU sheet, cross-channel availability, recent product launches

•
Fulfilment & Returns — dispatch SLAs, NDR/RTO reduction, courier management

•
Pricing, Promotions & Competitor Benchmarking

•
Customer Experience — query resolution, reviews & escalation management
