About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our team in Thiruvananthapuram. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting, statutory compliance, and taxation.

Key Responsibilities




- Maintain day-to-day accounting records.
- Prepare and file GST returns.
- Handle TDS calculations and return filing.
- Assist with Income Tax Return (ITR) preparation and compliance.
- Support MCA filings and statutory documentation.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ledger maintenance.
- Coordinate with internal teams and auditors for compliance-related activities.
- Ensure timely completion of statutory and financial tasks.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
- Working knowledge of GST, TDS, ITR, and MCA compliance is mandatory.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally or similar).
- Valuable analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Candidates from Thiruvananthapuram or those willing to relocate will be preferred.
