About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven, resourceful and proactive Business Associate to work directly with the founder across multiple businesses in the pet care industry.

This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys solving problems, meeting people, building strategies, travelling, and taking ownership. Every day will be different - you could be meeting veterinarians, preparing investor or client presentations, coordinating product launches, brainstorming marketing campaigns, researching current opportunities, or representing the company at industry events.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development





· Build and maintain relationships with veterinarians, distributors, retailers and key partners.

· Visit veterinary clinics, hospitals and pet businesses regularly.

· Identify and generate new business opportunities.

· Represent the company during client meetings, exhibitions and conferences.

· Travel across India whenever required for business development.

Founder Support

· Work directly with the founder on day-to-day business priorities.

· Help organize and prioritize ongoing projects.

· Follow up with vendors, agencies, clients and internal stakeholders.

· Coordinate meetings and maintain action trackers.

· Ensure deadlines are met across multiple projects.

Strategy & Research

· Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

· Develop business strategies for product launches and market expansion.

· Research industry trends, customer insights and emerging opportunities.
