Are you passionate about building next-generation AI solutions? We're looking for experienced
Sr. Developers / Leads – Generative AI
to join our growing AI team and work on cutting-edge GenAI, Machine Learning, and Data Science initiatives.

What We're Looking For
- 6+ years of overall IT experience.
- 2+ years of Data Science experience, including at least 1 year of hands-on experience in Generative AI.
- Strong expertise in
Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), NLP, and Traditional AI
.
- Experience with
LangChain, Agentic AI frameworks
, or similar orchestration frameworks.
- Hands-on experience developing
Proof of Concepts (POCs)
and taking them through to production.
- Experience leveraging
ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Gemini
, or similar AI assistants in development workflows.
- Strong programming skills in
Python
with experience in
TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch
.
- Experience building and deploying




Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Time Series
solutions.
- Hands-on experience with
Flask
and/or
FastAPI
, along with familiarity with
MLOps
practices.
- Exposure to
Computer Vision, Image Processing, and Pattern Recognition
projects.
- Robust experience with
Git
and version control best practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Nice to Have
- Software development experience with strong coding practices.
- Cloud experience on
AWS (Bedrock)
and/or
Microsoft Azure (Azure AI)
.
- Knowledge of software design patterns, testing methodologies, source control, and cross-platform development.
