Position: HR Executive – Factory Operations

BBA / MBA in HR / MSW / PGDHRM

Experience:
Minimum 5–8 years in Manufacturing HR / Industrial Relations

Compensation:
4.0 lacs to 6.0 lacs subject to experience and exposure.

We are seeking an
experienced HR Executive
to handle
factory-level HR operations
, with solid expertise in
managing migrant and contract labour
, statutory compliance, and workforce welfare.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Labour & Manpower Management
- Manage end-to-end HR operations for
migrant and contract workers
(attendance, payroll inputs, shift rosters).
- Ensure proper onboarding, ID cards, accommodation, and transportation arrangements.
- Liaise with
contractors and manpower agencies
for daily workforce deployment and record verification.




- Maintain discipline and handle grievances of workers effectively.

2. Statutory Compliance
- Ensure compliance with
Factories Act, Minimum Wages Act, CLRA, ESIC, PF
, and other labour laws.
- Maintain statutory registers, returns, and ensure contractor compliance documentation.
- Coordinate with consultants and auditors for statutory inspections.

3. Attendance & Payroll Coordination
- Monitor biometric attendance, overtime, and leave records.
- Support accounts or HR head for
monthly wage disbursement and PF/ESI submissions

- Prepare manpower MIS reports and contractor-wise deployment summaries.

4. Employee Welfare & Engagement
- Implement welfare programs such as canteen, transport, health checkups, and safety training.
- Build a positive work culture for contract and migrant workers.
- Conduct orientation and awareness sessions on workplace conduct and safety.

5. Coordination & Reporting
- Report directly to the Factory Manager / HR Head.
