Role Description
The Sales Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This role is responsible for driving clinic revenue by managing walk-in and appointment-based sales, explaining treatment plans and packages, and converting leads into loyal clients. The Sales Manager will oversee the sales pipeline, set and track targets, prepare regular performance reports,



and collaborate with the clinic and marketing teams to optimize promotions and client outreach. Daily tasks include client consultations focused on service recommendations, follow-ups via calls and messages, coordination with front desk for seamless client experiences, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or clinic management systems. The role also involves coaching sales staff, monitoring service quality from a sales perspective, and contributing to strategies that enhance client satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales management or business development, preferably in beauty, wellness, hospitality, or healthcare services.
- Strong client relationship and communication skills, with the ability to explain treatments, packages, and pricing clearly and confidently.
