We’re expanding our U.S. employment immigration team and looking for an experienced Immigration Paralegal who can independently manage employment-based petitions from intake through filing.
What you'll be doing:
• Manage employment-based immigration matters from intake through filing.
• Prepare and draft
EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, NOID, PERM, H-1B, L-1, O-1, TN, E-2, and I-140
petitions.
• Conduct case assessments, develop evidence strategies, prepare petition letters, organize exhibits, complete USCIS forms, and perform final quality review before filing.
• Communicate directly with attorneys and clients to ensure timely case progression.
Requirements:
✔ 3+ years of hands-on U.S. employment immigration experience.
✔ Strong experience managing petitions end-to-end with minimal supervision.
✔ Excellent drafting, legal writing, and evidence organization skills.
✔ Experience with platforms such as Docketwise, INSZoom, Clio, or similar case management systems.
✔ Ability to work in a quick-paced, deadline-driven environment.
