Job Summary
We are looking for a Project Engineer with experience in Building Management System (BMS) project execution and handover. The candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, monitoring, and ensuring the successful execution of engineering projects while maintaining quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, coordinate, and monitor BMS projects.
- Execute projects as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with QA/QC policies, safety standards, and project specifications.
- Monitor project progress and initiate corrective actions when required.
- Coordinate manpower and equipment for smooth project execution.
- Prepare project status reports and maintain project documentation.
- Ensure timely project completion and successful handover.
- Follow safety practices and protect work during adverse weather conditions.
