Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic, target-driven, and customer-focused Business Development Associates (BDAs) to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for counseling prospective students, understanding their learning needs, and guiding them toward the most suitable courses offered by Examon Education.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, thrive in a sales-driven environment, and are passionate about education.

Key Responsibilities




- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding Examon Education's courses and learning solutions.
- Convert qualified leads into successful enrollments through consultative selling.
- Conduct outbound calls and follow up on leads generated through digital marketing campaigns, webinars, referrals, and other channels.
- Understand students' career goals and recommend the most appropriate courses.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective learners.
- Achieve individual weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the marketing and academic teams to ensure a seamless student onboarding experience.
- Handle objections professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
- Stay updated with competitive exams, education trends, and Examon Education's offerings.
