Role & responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Development

* Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

* Generate new business in assigned territory.

* Identify and appoint new dealers and distributors.

* Increase sales from existing customers through regular follow-ups.

* Develop business in decorative, industrial, and institutional segments.

2. Market Coverage

* Visit dealers, retailers, painters, contractors, architects, builders, and industries as per the beat plan.

* Ensure complete market coverage in the assigned territory.

* Identify new projects and construction sites for business opportunities.

* Maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

3. Customer Relationship Management

* Build strong relationships with dealers and key customers.

* Resolve customer complaints promptly.

* Provide technical guidance on product selection and application.

* Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.

4. Product Promotion

* Promote new products and ongoing schemes.

* Conduct painter meets, dealer meets, and product demonstrations.





* Educate customers about product features and advantages.

* Collect market feedback on recent product requirements.

5. Collections & Credit Control

* Ensure timely payment collection.

* Monitor outstanding receivables.

* Coordinate with the accounts department regarding overdue payments.

* Maintain credit discipline.

6. Market Intelligence

* Monitor competitor pricing, schemes, and product launches.

* Report market trends and customer preferences.

* Identify opportunities for new product development.

* Submit competitor analysis reports.

7. Inventory Coordination

* Monitor dealer stock levels.

* Coordinate with dispatch and production teams.

* Ensure timely product availability.

* Minimize stock-outs.

8. Reporting

* Submit Daily Sales Report (DSR).

* Maintain customer visit records.

* Report sales, collections, and new enquiries.

* Update CRM or sales tracking syste
