As a
Business Development Executive (BDE)
, you will play a key role in driving student admissions and business growth by engaging with prospective students, understanding their career aspirations, and recommending the most suitable training programs. You will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing relationships, converting inquiries into enrollments, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.

This role is ideal for individuals who possess excellent communication skills, enjoy interacting with people, and thrive in a target-driven setting.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify prospective leads through various online and offline channels.
- Counsel students and professionals regarding career opportunities and suitable training programs.
- Handle inbound and outbound inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.
- Build strong relationships with prospective students and guide them throughout the admission process.
- Convert qualified leads into successful enrollments while achieving monthly admission targets.




- Coordinate with the Marketing team to maximize lead conversion and campaign effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate customer information and sales activities using CRM software.
- Conduct timely follow-ups and provide exceptional customer service.
- Represent CEDLEARN at seminars, educational events, career fairs, and promotional activities when required.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- 0–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Student Counseling, Telecalling, or Customer Relationship Management.
- Fresh graduates with excellent communication and interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply.
