Role Description
This is a full-time, in office Delivery Boy role based in Patel Nagar. The role involves picking up packages from the local hub or partner locations, verifying shipment details, and ensuring accurate and timely delivery to customers.



Daily tasks include planning delivery routes, following traffic and safety regulations, obtaining delivery confirmations, handling cash or digital payments when required, and maintaining basic records of deliveries. The Delivery Boy is expected to provide courteous customer service at each drop-off, report any delivery issues to the supervisor, and keep the assigned vehicle or bike in good working condition. The role may also include assisting with loading and unloading packages and coordinating with the logistics team to manage delivery schedules.

Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Training orientation to interact professionally with customers and follow company delivery protocols.
- Basic understanding of Logistics Management and Transportation to manage routes, handle packages safely, and adhere to delivery timelines.
