Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage AR operations team to achieve daily targets, ensuring efficient processing of accounts receivable calls.
- Conduct quality checks on calls made by team members to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements to increase productivity and reduce errors.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., billing, customer service) to resolve complex issues related to patient accounts.
- Provide coaching and training to junior staff members to improve their skills in AR calling.

Desired Candidate Profile
- 7-9 years of experience in US healthcare BPO industry, preferably in an AR operations role.
- Solid knowledge of Epic Systems software; ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Excellent communication skills for effective team handling and leadership.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team; strong problem-solving skills.
