We are looking for a motivated and proactive Junior Digital Marketing Executive to join our team and help strengthen our online presence, generate business opportunities, and support our company's growth.

The ideal candidate should have a positive understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, paid advertising, social media, SEO, and lead generation, while being willing to learn and adapt as the company grows.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Business Growth
- Research and identify potential clients that align with Sakura Interactive's target audience.
- Support lead generation activities through digital marketing channels.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and attract potential customers.
- Explore new opportunities for customer acquisition through online platforms.
Paid Advertising
- Plan, create, manage, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns.
- Assist in setting up and managing Google Ads campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements based on results.
- Test different audiences, creatives, and approaches to improve campaign effectiveness.
Social Media & Content Marketing
- Manage and maintain Sakura Interactive's social media platforms.
- Develop content ideas, captions, and content calendars.
- Coordinate with the design team to create and publish marketing content.
- Research industry trends and competitor activities to improve content strategy.
SEO & Website Optimization
- Implement basic on-page SEO practices.
